And hopefully not the end! I deperately need to keep doing posts.
I'm started this in part to help my stress and anxiety. To perhaps find other bloggers who are dealing with emotions just staying bundled up inside without a proper outlet, etc. I started doing meditation last week, and if I can succeed in that, it will help immensely.
I think putting all my emotions, good and bad, down for anyone to read might help. I'll have to think about the proper approach to truly convey what I'm feeling to the world. And it will be good to just have something to write about, whether I'm at home or at work (as I am now!)
Maybe I'll even do some poetry? We'll see if that one actually happens. :)
